Inspiration home health has a team of medical professionals who provide care at home for you or your loved one.  This team includes your personal physician, a registered nurse, a team of therapists, a certified home health aide, a medical social worker, and many others.

Your Personal Physician – At Inspiration Home Health our team will work closely with your physician, physician’s assistant, or nurse practitioner to customize a plan of care best suited for your medical and psychosocial needs.

Registered Nurse – In the comfort of your home, your qualifying injury or illness will be managed by registered nurses who work under the direction of your physician, physician’s assistant, or nurse practitioner to guide you on the road to recovery. Registered nurses provide the skilled interventions and teaching required to heal from debilitating injuries and illnesses.

Therapy – We have an extensive team of therapists to help manage your care and recovery at home including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.  If you or your loved one is having any of the following problems our home health therapists can help.

    • History of falling
    • Balance problems
    • Recent surgery that affects mobility
    • Recurring pain that affects activities of daily living

Home Health Aide – Home health aides assist you in your home if you are unable to perform activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal care, preparing meals, and eating. Home health aides also may provide other services such as laundry, bed making, and other light housekeeping tasks. They also provide emotional support and instruction on household tasks and cleanliness.

Social Worker – Medical social workers help people of all ages cope with and solve problems in their daily lives such as family and personal relationship issues, poverty, unemployment, inadequate housing, human rights violations, and coping with disability, life-threatening disease, or substance abuse, and many other daily living obstacles
